Hi there! My name is Celine Admiraal. Photography has been my passion as long as I can remember. I have been in the business for over ten years, and have experience working with over fifty different realtors, in multiple sectors (residential and commercial properties, interior designs, portrait photography), and I have even operated my own photography business on two different continents and two different states!
Yes, I grew up in The Netherlands, hence the double "aa" in my last name (you might be more familiar with the name "Holland", which is actually a province called North-Holland in the country The Netherlands!). I started my photography career at the Hout- & Meubileringscollege (Wood- & Furniture College) in Amsterdam, where I got a degree in Interior Design. Because just Interior Design wasn't enough for me, I also developed my staging skills for real estate photography as an intern. This also allowed me to work closely with the real estate photographer. I liked it so much that I decided to combine my two passions: interior design and photography. This is where it all began!
After graduation I started my own business (2013) in real estate photography, still in The Netherlands. Soon I was the main photographer for all of the local real estate agencies (van der Borden, Kuyper & Blom, Ouwejan Vastgoed Advies, REMAX, Blokdijk). I also worked part-time as an interior designer at Rozing Wonen & Dromen where I got to further develop my design and staging skills. I often combined the two jobs when photos were needed for selling the old house and a new interior could be designed for the new home.
In 2016 my partner and I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Moving across the ocean was a huge change and tough decision to make. But looking back, this was the best decision we've ever made! While Martijn worked at the university, I got to relaunch my photography business on another continent! I managed to develop new connections and relationships very quickly and worked for several large real estate firms such as Keller Williams, Harry Norman, and others. I also became a photographer for Virtuance, a real estate photography, marketing, and technology company based in Denver, Colorado. And I discovered totally different skills that I didn't know I had, such as teaching the Dutch language at a local Dutch School!
In 2019 we moved to Columbus, Ohio, and Martijn now works at the Ohio State University. During the pandemic I've been busy developing my flute skills and volunteering for a bunch of organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, ColonyCats (& dogs), CAPA, Franklinton Park Conservatory and BESA. And, after receiving our permanent residency in 2022, I got to re-open C.A. PhotoVision once again, this time in the Buckeye State!
